Work Programme (WP) is the Government's new initiative designed to help you move from benefits and into work. We have provided training, education, community support services and employment to over 8000 customers in the Manchester area throughout the last eight years.

Confused …don’t be!

All jobseekers reaching 9 months of unemployment are referred to an WP provider for up to 2 years of flexible, supported job search and job preparation through 3 Steps. Upon finding a JOB you will receive ongoing support to help retain and make the most of this opportunity.

International Learning Centre, provides additional intensive support and work-related activity for those jobseekers. We will support you through Your Journey by helping you to get closer to your goals and ambitions and finding the career that's RIGHT FOR YOU.

We will provide you with intensive personal development and employer responsive training with weekly action planning, access to the latest IT solutions, employer led work experience activities, learning new skills and of course lots of support. During your time with us, we will constantly engage with local and national EMPLOYERS to get you the right work experience and then a JOB.
